Best. Painting. Ever.

I’m walking home this evening, past the little art gallery I always walk by. What’s this? A new collection? First I spy a painting of Hannibal Lecter. That’s pretty cool. Then, drawing my eye as a flame does a moth, on the far wall, there’s this:

Holy crap. A four foot tall painting of Christopher Walken - with demonic wings! I could only shoot it from outside of the window, but here it is in all the detail my camera could muster. Wow.

Wow.

  • I just talked to the gallery owner. The price is about $1700. A perfect Halloween gift for yours truly, should you be so inclined.
