		<description>I've used &lt;a href="http://www.pdf995.com/"&gt;PDF995&lt;/a&gt; before to do this -- it's a suite of PDF editing software that not only has the print functionality, but some degree of editing and conversion too.  It's free, but basically adware.  When you print something it opens a web browser window with a "visit our sponsors" kind of link.  But honestly, it never annoyed me, and it's well worth the features.

It's also worth pointing out that &lt;a href="http://www.openoffice.org" rel="nofollow"&gt;OpenOffice&lt;/a&gt; (an Open Source [free] MS Office replacement) has native PDF export built into it!  

There was another free PDF printer application I've used before, but I can't remember what it was. I had replaced it with the PDF995 software.</description>
