I spend a lot of time looking for innovative software that I can use in my business and it's amazing how hard it can be to find out exactly what something does and how much it costs. I have a lot of sympathy for the startup though. They have to cover expenses somehow, and one big sale looks a lot easier than hundreds of questions and problems from smaller prospects.</description>
